Plasma Pen (Fibroplast Technology)

How Does Soft Surgery Work?

Soft surgery with Plasma Pen means minimal down-time, no damaging effects and very little aftercare. During soft surgery, the skin is treated with controlled bursts of plasma gas in order to lift and tighten the treated area. Without damaging the tissue, Plasma Pen aestheticians carry out numerous soft surgery treatments, including forehead lifts, crows feet smoothing, jaw augmentation, eye lifts and bunny lines. Our soft surgery treatments can also be used to smooth acne scarring and uneven skin tone.

Because Plasma Pen soft surgery procedures are non-evasive, there is no need for a general anaesthetic, as required with more traditional surgeries, and they are carried out by approved Plasma Pen aestheticians. Soft surgery is ideal for mid facial, lower facial and advanced skincare treatments.

Gua Sha Zone Facial Fusion £75

This 90 minute facial combines Gua Sha Facial Massage with acupressure, it is designed to relieve tension in the muscles of the face, increase blood circulation bringing nutrients to the skin that help the skin glow and encourage lymphatic drainage to eliminate puffiness and toxins building up in the skin. It works and trains the muscles for a more contoured face. In addition, it lessens wrinkles and helps to rebuild collagen.

Using the Gua Sha tools allows you to work deeper into the muscle with amazing results so your skin feels lifted and toned, warming the muscles in a deep facial massage. Followed by LED light therapy mask to boost collagen and Elastin production.

Although there are great benefits to be seen from just one treatment, for optimum results, we would recommend having this facial once a week for 4 weeks followed by monthly visits.

Gua Sha it isn’t about the latest cosmetic fad. It’s all about enhancing who you are. How you look; both inside and outside. In China Gua Sha is used as part of treatments to reduce the effects of ageing and enhance the skin.

  • Promote the growth of new skin cells
  • Help renew your complexion
  • Reduce clogged pores
  • Control acne
  • Tighten the skin
  • Enhance the ability of skin to absorb skincare products

The essence of how Gua Sha treats the face is in the flow of blood and oxygen.

The ancient Chinese had an amazing understanding of how blood and oxygen move around the body. Qi refers to the idea of nourishing the body with a constant flow of oxygenated blood full of nutrients. If this flow is normal, then the body is functioning well; if not the body reacts and sends signals in the form of pain, stiffness, discomfort and so on. With facial Gua Sha, the idea is to either prevent or support changes in the blood flow in the muscles and tissues of the facial area.

The action of the Gua Sha can make immediate changes to the colour of the skin, so clients have a nice healthy glow. While you can do Gua Sha anywhere with muscle or tissue underneath the skin to increase local blood flow, there are meridian channels throughout the face (and body) where this change is much more profound.

Researchers demonstrated that the heat produced in the tissues, known as thermal conductivity, is more remarkable when applying Gua Sha along the Meridian channels. If we apply Gua Sha, blood and nutrient flow will improve muscles and tissues and if you follow the Meridian channels, you can increase that flow even further. If the muscles in the face don’t have a constant supply of oxygen and nutrient rich blood, the will wither over time.

Fractional Mesotherapy £POC

Make a change to your skin

We all have bugbears that affect our confidence, whether it's fine lines around the eyes, a dull complexion or maybe acne scars and stretchmarks. What we all want is to be able to tackle those issues safely, without too much discomfort or downtime, and without the worry of the results looking unnatural and obvious. Well, with professional skin needling combined with Fusion Mesotherapy, all those things are within your reach.

The treatment, using the highest quality, clinically proven medical devices and active ingredients, stimulates natural responses within your skin that over time help to regenerate it, leaving you with natural, long-lasting and outstanding results for:

  • Wrinkles
  • Pigmentation
  • Open pores
  • Lip Plumping
  • Photo-damaged and ageing skin
  • Facial and decollate lines and wrinkles
  • Acne scarring
  • Stretch marks
  • Alopecia
  • Dandruff
  • Oily Scalp
  • Hair Loss

Fusion Fractional Mesotherapy combines two concepts, the first being advance collagen stimulation therapy and the second, the introduction of traditional pharmaceuticals, vitamins, minerals, growth factors, biomimetic peptides, and amino acids into the skin to target specific conditions.

Skin Needling or Collagen stimulation or Collagen Induction Therapy as it is also known, has long been a popular and effective treatment. Originally performed via a derma roller, in recent years advancements have progressed from a handheld device to an electronic device that offers not only superior results but has also resulted in an increase in comfort for the individual receiving the treatment.

Dermaplaning £40

Dermaplaning removes the outermost layers of dead skin cells, leaving the skin immediately smooth, supple and vibrant.

It is a non-traumatic method of skin rejuvenation. Dermaplaning is a simple and safe procedure for exfoliating the epidermis and ridding the skin of fine vellus hair (peach fuzz). According to common beauty lore, Elizabeth Taylor, Marilyn Monroe, and Cleopatra all shaved their faces. Dermaplaning is a favourite in the entertainment industry, especially among models and actresses. The reason is because it eliminates that annoying peach fuzz that cakes up in makeup and can be enhanced by harsh production lighting and high-definition cameras. It is also a first choice for clients who have excess vellus hair on the skin. This hair often causes a build-up of dirt and oils in the follicles, so removing the hair gives the client healthier looking skin.

Benefits

  • Removes unwanted facial hair
  • Instant results
  • Skin has a nice, healthy glow
  • Skin feels incredibly soft and smooth
  • Improves skin tone
  • skin rejuvenation
  • Does not disrupt pH balance of the skin
  • Make-up glides on effortlessly for a flawless finish
  • Improves superficial pigmentation
  • Improves fine lines and wrinkles
  • Can help to diminish scars
  • Good on extremely sensitive skin, redness or rosacea, or visible facial veins
  • Stimulates collagen and elastin
  • Enhances the natural shedding process of the skin
  • Stimulates new cell growth
  • Minimise pore size

Dermaplaning is essentially another form of exfoliation. With each stroke, you are sloughing off dead skin cells that sit on the surface and the constant exfoliation may aid in keeping wrinkles at bay.

Dermaplaning is a non-invasive procedure similar to shaving in which a therapist uses a sharp surgical, sterile blade to gently scrape the outer layers of dead, dull skin cells.

After exfoliating with Dermaplaning, the skin is left smoother and, with continued treatments, fine lines are significantly minimised. Removing epidermal skin also allows products to penetrate more readily into the deeper layers. Can be used to enhance the results of laser treatments or deep chemical peels. Dermaplaning is most often used on clients with rough, dry skin, superficial hyperpigmentation, mild acne scarring, or fine lines and wrinkles. The treatment results in a more refined, smooth, “glowing” appearance.

Dermaplaning can be performed every 3 to 4 weeks for maintenance and proper skin exfoliation. For correction of acne scars, fine lines and wrinkles, and skin rejuvenation purposes, it may be performed at a closer interval.
